- Kevin Dushanek
- has resided in Central Alberta for the past 30 years. Kevin has had many successful endeavors, most recently being sole owner and President of a successful well established residential contracting company which has earned numerous awards throughout the years. Kevin is also co-owner in several accomplished compainies in the subtrade/supplier sector of the industry.
- Randy McRorie
- is Manitoba native who relocated his family to the Sylvan Lake area two years ago. Randy is a Journeyman Red Seal Carpenter and managed and supervised a family operated commercial construction company in Manitoba for 20 years. Randy was responsible for supervising and managing various projects including restaurants, schools, law enforcement facilities, strip malls and office buildings. Since moving to Central Alberta, Randy was Project Manager of the Three Hills Fire Hall, The Bower Ponds Open Air Stage and Encana Oilfield

Delbert is an Alberta native and has worn a multitude of "hats" in his professional life. His career began with owning and operating a mixed farm and he spent some time in residential construction. Delbert found his calling in Sales and has spent the last twelve years excelling with a leading Canadian company. His vast experience includes working with large agriculture and commercial jobs and he held positions ranging from Sales to Estimating to Management. Delbert's management experience includes a commitment to the projects from conceptual design to building turnover, making him a key player in the KevRan Team.
Rick McRorie - Site Supervisor
Rick is a Manitoba native that relocated to Alberta 2 years ago. Rick worked as a site supervisor doing dirt work, asphalt, and paving during the summer months and transitioned over to the family operated commercial construction company in hte winter months. Rick's experience in the construction industry has enabled him to foster the spirit of teamwork and co-operation amongst field staff and sub-trades alike making him an ideal part of the team.
